$700.00 you say? Hmmm … looks as though
someone is using the old smoke and mirrors tactic.
Guess that Act II will be comprised of dogs and
ponies. Could it be that someone is shooting for
an award of some sort? Oh well, back to the real
world where people are losing jobs or on edge
about the possibility of being laid-off.

There is no need for the state programs to worry about their future. With unprecedented reform-based cost saving measures, the USDA saved a whopping $700 this past month. Spread the wealth!

The USDA is facing their own problems with cost cutting. The chopping is still happening. So how are they going to help the states programs?

So in other words, in the USDA’s world, a well managed program has to bail out a poorly managed program. The states have no one to lean on, what is going to happen? Will the USDA take over the state inspection programs?
